If you're not comfortable clicking links here's small piece of that letter and page 6 of My Citizens Complaint Form, an Official Police Document That to this Day Has NOT Been Handled Properly. I believe at a Bare Minimum, the police should have gotten me Emergency Counseling IMMEDIATELY and called the FBI and let them know some Very Disturbing and Concerning Remarks were made on a Complaint Form that YOU Believe Needs to be looked into a bit more.

I’m having some concerns about your response to my inquiry about the Citizens Complaint Form I filled out on December 26, 2019, I’d like to discuss it with you as soon as possible. My first concern is about your ability to manage your Front Desk Officers though, for some strange reason they keep hanging up on me. ??? The first one you already know about because I also filled out a Public Records Request Form on December 26, 2019. You’ll hear one of your officers clearly tell me that the Public Records Bureau is a “Civilian Aspect” of the department and that the police don’t have anything to do with it. Yet for some strange reason Your Signature is on the response letter I got from the Public Records Bureau. I am confused, and that is why I called back, I wanted it clarified that the Public Records Bureau was in fact a “Civilian Aspect” of the department because if the police have Nothing to do with it Why would Your Signature be on My Letter from That Department. ?
I just wanted a simple explanation, maybe after they review the calls they need to get you to sign off on the paperwork or something ??? I don’t know how you work things down there but I do know that they are not working very well at all because instead of explaining why Your Signature was on MY Letter from the Public Records Bureau the officer acted nervous, anxious and confused after I told him Why I was Calling. He seemed too afraid to continue our conversation and instead of passing me along to a supervisor or someone who could answer what I, at that time, thought was a very simple question, he abruptly ended the conversation. It was extremely Suspicious Behavior and it only Triggered More Memories of the DOMESTIC TERRORISTS that TORTURED Me back in North Adams. A Brief Glimpse of some of what I went through is on page 6 of my Citizen’s Complaint Form:
Once upon a time I was literally kicked out of an entire town because I Refused to Suck my Slumlord at the time, Charles “Rusty” Ransford’s, Dick and the ENTIRE Town of North Adams did their damnedest to try helping him to get me on my knees. I lost my Section 8 housing, eventually my Social Security, the Po-LICE called my Dr. and I don’t know what they told him but I was cut off my medication and the list goes on and on and on. I was left to die homeless and penniless in the harsh cold winter streets. Since I Never dropped to my knees for that Old Dirty Fucking Scummy Bastard despite everyone’s best efforts and I’m still alive, I believe I WON.
So as you can clearly see the ABUSIVE, Unprofessional Behavior of this Police Department WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

Luckily for You All, the people I’m dealing with only took my store, so I’m being VERY VERY VERY Nice right now. I AM NOT AFRAID OF ANY OF YOU and all I want you to do is YOUR JOB. The last time I heard that was supposed to be to “Protect and Serve”. I guess I should be asking WHO you’re supposed to be protecting and serving because from my past experience it’s most certainly Not the Innocent. I KNOW because I AM PROOF. Go look at my record. I’m over 50 and I have NEVER been arrested, in fact I barely got my first parking ticket recently because I was told the first 30 minutes were free but they weren't. I don’t drink, I don’t do any drugs, I’m usually very quiet and I like to mind my own business.
